INSTRUCTIONS

1. Now that we have already decided what words can be used to describe the shape that we chose, we want you using a special programme called Voxopop to record your description. You can use your own wordle as a guide, or a wordle from another person.

3. Record your description on the link provided. Once you have finished, listen to the other descriptions and comment on them. You can try and guess what shape they have described or even help them with more descriptions. Don't be shy and trry guessing the despcriptions of studets from the other school. 4. When you are finished reviewing your peers descriptions, take a look at this last worksheet. 3dshapes.doc (65024) Cut and paste these shapes and descriptions by matching the shape to the correct description. Once you have finished scan your work and upload it to https://mathsupactivities.wikispaces.com/3D+Shapes+mix+n%27+match. There your teachers will look at your work and give you your final feedback and grade :)

5. Finally, take the following online quiz https://www.quizrevolution.com/ch/a81924/go/3_d_geometric_shape_names to test your knowledge about 2D and 3D shapes. When finished, write your score in the forum below and comment on your your experience doing the activities and working collaboratively with others. Was it good? Did you like it? What would you change for future activities?
